How to Get Certified
To obtain the Yellow Belt Certification, participants must:
- Pass the Yellow Belt exam with a score above 80
- Complete a Lean improvement project
- Achieve tangible savings of over €15,000
- Savings requirements may be adjusted by company size and scope
